Seriously, anyone who wants to improve their shooting should just look and learn from Ray Allen. I said this not because he's one of my favourite player but because as a shooter (i play basketball too.. -_-") u really learn to appreciate how fast and how smooth his release is compared to other players. Anyway, this documentary is about Allen's life in seattle, his game, his philosophy as a leader and teammate and etc....

Summary: A great documentary abt the life of a great player. It's worth the 20 mins of ur time i promise. :)
